The client, a residential property management company, needed banners to communicate important messages with residents of its rental properties. Working with the graphic designer, I came up with copy to convey these messages in a brief, upbeat fashion. The banners were about 3 by 7 ft and placed, as needed, in high-traffic areas of the buildings.
