Sometimes for fun and sometimes for professional interest, I go to literary events. Readings, launches, author talks, even the odd “comedy night” or combination literary/art/music thing. But unlike other forms of entertainment, I find the literary crowd can be rather serious and PC, even at a party.

I’m not really sure why that is, but my friend and I often find ourselves ticking off mental boxes at certain catchphrases that seem to always come up these days. So, just for fun,  I created this “Literary Event Bingo” you can download and play along too. This game goes well with an affordable dose of boxed wine and writerly writers wearing their best “outside clothes.” And if you get a blackout on your card, I’m sorry.
