I proofread this cookbook by Justin Champagne-Lagarde, chef and owner of Perch restaurant in Ottawa. Published by Figure 1 Publishing, Perch included about 50 recipes and photographs, stories about producers and farmers, foreword and introductory text, and index. The goal was to ensure all the words and design were as flawless as possible!
